We designed this challenge to help you eat out LESS and lose MORE weight by committing to eating quick, wholesome, high protein meals for dinner instead of ordering takeout every night.
This is because the first thing my husband Josh and I did to support my postpartum weight loss goals was reel in how much we were eating out... which is how the Dinners By Daddy recipe & challenge guide was born. Each recipe is wholesome, high protein and ingredient conscious to help you lose weight and enjoy every meal.
