What kind of recipes are included and are the meals kid and family friendly?

One of my favorite parts about all of our plans is that they are designed to be easy to create and suitable for your entire family… kids and husband included!

This plan features simple, high protein and fiber packed Fall recipes that are lightened-up such as:

  • Chai-Spiced Protein Pancakes and Pumpkin Pie Protein Chia Pudding for breakfast
  • Autumn Grain Bowl with Chicken or High Protein Harvest Pasta Salad for lunch
  • Rosemary Chicken with Garlic Mashed Cauliflower or Maple-Dijon Salmon with Roasted Veggies for dinner

Do I need to track calories or macros?

Nope! The plan takes the stress out of logging and tracking. Each meal is designed to naturally hit the protein and fiber goals that drive fat loss, so you can just follow the guide and know you’re on track. If you enjoy tracking or prefer that approach, you’ll see the meals line up with fat-loss friendly calories and macros — but it’s absolutely not required to get results.

What if I have dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian)?

The challenge recipes are flexible! Many of them are naturally gluten-free or dairy-free, and we give suggestions for easy swaps so you can tailor meals to your needs. If you’re vegetarian, you’ll find plenty of adaptable options as well.

How much time will this take each day?

Most recipes take 20 minutes or less to prep. The daily challenge tasks are simple and designed to fit into your schedule. You don’t need hours in the kitchen, just consistency with the plan.

Is this safe if I’m postpartum or breastfeeding?

Yes, the challenge focuses on balanced, nutrient-dense meals with no extreme calorie cutting, appropriate for women who are postpartum or breastfeeding.

When will I receive the plan?
